Second Chance is an all volunteer, NO-KILL, 501 (c) (3) animal rescue organization that specializes in helping abandoned, abused and orphaned animals. Casper was found abandoned on the streets of Buffalo in the December bitter cold He is a sweet gentle soul that will warm your heart Casper would like nothing more than to have a home of is own ADOPTED ! We are so happy for Casper.  He has found a new home with loving and caring parents.
